Sam founded FORSE Consulting and has been assisting architects and other
structural engineers on a wide variety of designs.
Sam worked for
Bentley Systems, managing the structural training team and training structural
engineers all over the world on how to use STAAD.pro and each of the RAM
structural engineering software programs.
Previously, Sam
worked as a structural engineer for GRAEF and designed many projects in
southeast WI, including a sports stadium, large exhibition hall, several office
buildings, and multiple education facilities. Sam spent the first years of his
career working in Minneapolis, MN designing a variety of buildings including
concrete structures, composite steel floors designs, and retail structures in
several states with load-bearing masonry and steel joists.

Kim joined FORSE Consulting in September 2012 as a
Structural Engineer and has been assisting on a wide variety of projects.
Before joining FORSE, Kim worked for Bentley Systems as an
Applications Engineer. Her
responsibilities were to demonstrate the software capabilities during the sales
process and train new customers on each of the RAM structural engineering software
programs. In this role she had direct
contact with clients of all sizes all around the world.
Previously, Kim worked as a Project Engineer for
Martin/Martin, Inc. There she managed
and designed various projects consisting of steel, concrete, wood and
masonry. These projects include schools,
research laboratories, recreation centers, commercial buildings, and sporting
grandstands.
